This year in March, the new Shain Solutions web site went live. It has the same great back-end that Diversified’s site has. With your username and password you gain access to checking the status of orders, getting pro-numbers, printing invoices, and downloading flyers and pricing. You can also customize our link to you on our dealer page. This area gives you a chance to add a paragraph about your services, list the states you sell into, and display key contact information.   Kelly Fisher Hired As Marketing Coordinator  

The position of marketing coordinator has been filled with the hiring of Kelly Fisher. Kelly brings many years of experience to this newly created position. Her past employers include both manufacturers and ad agencies and she is proficient in managing projects from the concept stage to implementation. Shain customers will benefit from the various selling tools, including training videos Kelly will produce for the company.

  Shain Hires Purchasing Manager  

Bob Smith has joined Shain Solutions in the newly created position of purchasing manager. Bob has over 30 years experience purchasing in a manufacturing environment and will use his negotiating skills and purchasing abilities to help Shain control costs and manage lead times.

  Travis Musser Promoted to Customer Service Supervisor  

The position of Customer Service Supervisor has been filled with the promotion of Travis Musser. Travis began his career at Shain working in the production part of the plant. His hard work gained him a position on the Customer Service Team of Inside Sales in 2006. Travis is an excellent communicator and works hard to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
